What is your return policy for hair extensions?
For UK-based orders, we allow returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the extensions and their packaging are in their original condition. Items bought during seasonal sales can only be returned or exchanged for store credit. Opened items may be subject to a restocking fee. Read full policy here.
How long will it take for my UK order to arrive?
All UK deliveries are made within 1 to 6 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, not including weekends and public holidays (this may extend to 5 business days during sale periods). What does it mean when there is a product on backorder?
At Bombay Hair, we do our best to ensure all products are in stock, but due to the high demand and popularity of our products, some may temporarily be placed on backorder. Don’t worry though!
