Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Do you have a return policy or exchange policy?

***ALL RETURNS/REFUNDS you must email UK@BOMBAYHAIR.COM***
We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened or unused hair extensions within 14 days of you receiving your order. We only accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or, in any way, tampered with. WE DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned or exchanged.  We recommend returns be accompanied with a return tracking number. To expedite your exchange or return process, feel free to send us a photo of the hair in good condition. 

Bombay Hair UK is not liable for missing return parcels.

*ALL returns/exchanges we request be emailed in prior to shipping to our warehouse. If you do not email in, this may result in a extended delay in processing your return/exchange*

*Please note, all in office sales of hair styling tools receive a 1 year limited warranty and are final sale - no refund or exchange. All customers are entitled to a '14 day cooling period'. Mechanical defects within 30 days can result in full refund or free replacement up to 6 months from purchase.

CLAIMING HAIR STYLING TOOLS WARRANTY

1) Email to: uk@bombayhair.com with order number (your order number is your warranty number).

2) Return the unit to BOMBAY HAIR head office*:

3) Write on package RETURN - must ship package with a trusted shipping company with tracking.

4) Once we receive the unit we will need to test it to ensure that the unit was not damaged by consumer.

5) If it is manufacturing issue, we will replace the unit.

*Please note, consumer is responsible for return shipping charges (faulty item returns shipping is refunded) and processing will take 1 to 5 business days.

2. How do I make a return or exchange?
 
You must contact us first at uk@bombayhair.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. In the subject field please state RETURN or EXCHANGE. All Bombay Hair extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and condition. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. As well, please indicate on your invoice the new color of choice.


3. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return? 

 
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and please send your return with a tracking number because Bombay hair will not be responsible for lost packages. In the case of a refund for shipping, this will be if your item is faulty. 

Please email us before sending your order back for complete details and mailing address.


4. How will I receive my refund?
 
A full refund will be issued to you in your original payment method only.
